Ghost Boards started as one rider and one router table. Today we hand-build every deck to order — clear acrylic, wood, LED — so no two boards on the road look alike.

Our process

FROM SKETCH TO STREET

Every order runs through the same four steps. No factory line, no shortcuts — just careful work by people who ride what they build.

  1. 01
    Design
    Your artwork gets prepped for cut, print, or laser etch.
  2. 02
    Press
    Layers are glued, pressed, and cured with the correct camber and concave.
  3. 03
    Cut & finish
    CNC-cut to shape, hand-sanded, sealed, and grip-taped.
  4. 04
    LED & assembly
    Optional LED rails wired and battery-tested before trucks go on.
