How long does a custom board take?+
Most custom boards ship in 2–3 weeks. LED builds take an extra week for wiring and testing.
Do you ship internationally?+
Yes. We ship across the US and to most international destinations. Rates and duties are calculated at checkout.
Can I change my order after placing it?+
Reach out within 24 hours and we can usually adjust artwork, colors, or accessories before pressing.
What file types can I upload?+
PDF, AI, EPS, PNG, and JPG. Vector files give the cleanest print. Line art works best on clear decks.
Is there a design fee?+
No design fee for artwork that's ready to print. Complex retouching or custom illustration is quoted separately.
Can I use copyrighted images?+
You need the rights to any artwork you upload. If in doubt, ask us — we won't press anything that would get you or us in trouble.
How long do the LED batteries last?+
Every LED board ships with a USB-C rechargeable battery good for 6+ hours per charge.
Are the LEDs waterproof?+
The rails are sealed and splash-resistant. We don't recommend riding through standing water — the battery pack isn't submersible.
What's the weight limit?+
Standard boards are rated up to 220 lbs. Above that we recommend our clear ¾" thick press for maximum stiffness.
How do I clean my board?+
Warm water, mild soap, soft cloth. Avoid solvents on clear decks — they can cloud the acrylic.
What's the warranty?+
One year on manufacturing defects. LED electronics are covered separately for six months.
